King Von

KingKing Von was in fact Dayvon Daquan Bennett. He was born in Chicago on August 9, 1994, and was the son of Walter as well as Taesha. Three siblings belonged to his mother and six of his half-brothers are from his father. Bennett was mostly nurtured by his mother due to his father's frequent time spent in jail. He was 11 years old at the time his dad was gunned down and killed. Bennett was sentenced to his 16th year in prison. It was the start of his encounters with police. Afterward, he got some college credits at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois. As a way to improve himself in the wake of legal problems, Bennett began pursuing his musical career, and was collaborating often with Lil Durk.Although "Welcome to O'Block" was the only album that studio Von was able to release during his lifetime and posthumously, an album titled "What it means to be King" made its debut posthumously in the month of March 2022.
